Rules For Absence

RULES CONCERNING ABSENCE AND WITHDRAWAL
  • Parents should give prior written application for leave to the school and plausible reason only.
  • Any absence of a student for more than ten days without intimation amounts to deletion of name from rolls. The student will then have to seek readmission depending on availability of seats.
  • Ever absence (due to sickness or otherwise) must be entered briefly on the NonAttendance and Leave Record Page and signed by parents guardians.
  • A Student returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should produce a doctor's certificate permitting him/her to attend school. Students suffering from the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to class.
Chicken Pox Till complete falling of scrabs
Measles Two weeks after the rash disappears
Mumps Until the swelling has gone. About one month.
Whooping cough Six weeks
Conjunctivitis Till infection subsides
Covid -19 Till the RT-PCR test is negative and Covid Vaccination is done
WITHDRAWALS
  • One clear month's notice in writing or a month's fee in lieu of such notice must be given before a pupil can be withdrawn.
  • For withdrawals, parents must ensure that the transfer Certificate must be taken within three months from the date of the request. In case of lapse on the parent's part to claim above mentioned within the stipulated time of three months. It becomes mandatory for the parents to pay the Quarterly tuition fees for their ward(s) at the time of receiving the documents.
  • Transfer certificate are not issued until all dues of the school are settled.
  • Those who leave the school in the month of May must in all cases pay the fees for the month of June.
  • Once the Transfer Certificate is applied for, no holding of the Transfer Certificate is permitted.
  • If no notice of withdrawal is given, full fees of all the months of absence will be charged along with late fee. If the name of the pupil is on the roll even for one day of the month, the fee for the entire month will be charged.
